James Blake (not to be confused with the US tennis player) is an electronic music producer and indie singer-songwriter. He released his self title debut album in 2011, which was successful on charts around the world, #1 in Belgium. His new album Overgrown was released this week. This is his new single “Overgrown.”

Music from the UK – Depeche Mode
Anyone who was around in the 80’s knows this band well. They have had 48 chart singles and released 12 albums, two of those debuting at #1. Well the band from England are back (and slightly older) with a new album Delta Machine. This is the new song “Heaven” off that album. Most of you know this UK band we have previously featured that have been playing since 1978. But some of you may not be aware of the bands 10th album that they released toward the end of last year, with the bizarre title of Oui Oui Si Si Ja Ja Da Da. Cheatahs are a band based in London but are as international as a band can be. The four piece consists of an Englishman, an American, a Canadian and a German. They have released an EP Whichita. This is their song “Coared”.

The Computers are an alternative rock band out of the UK. They are set to release their upcoming album Love, Triangles, Hate Squares on April 29th. The Computers are currently on a UK and European Tour, all UK dates are free entry so check them out. This is their single ‘Disco Sucks’ and it is the first single off of the upcoming album.

The Virginmarys are a three-piece rock band from Northern England that formed in 2006. The Band released their debut album King of Conflict February 2013. This album has some really incredible songs, this is their single”Dead Man’s Shoes”.
Music from the UK – Tom Odell
Wow this guy is pretty amazing, you don’t want to miss this one. Tom Odell (born 1990) is from Chichester, England. Odell studied at the British Institute of Modern Music. His debut studio album Long Way Down will be released 15th April 2013. This is the first single off of that album, “Hold Me.”

The Dead 60’s are an English ska punk band from Liverpool. This is their great song “Riot Radio” off of their self titled album.

Josh Kumra (born 1992) is a British singer-songwriter who started playing guitar at age 12. He was signed to Sony RCA in 2011. This is his fantastic single “Waiting for You”. He has not yet announced a new album.
