The Dead Weather is an American rock band, a so-called “Supergroup ” formed in Nashville, Tennessee in 2009. Supergroup , because it´s compose of members of other well-known bands like Alison Mosshart (of The Kills andDiscount), Jack White (of The White Stripes and The Raconteurs), Dean Fertita (of Queens of the Stone Age) and Jack Lawrence (of The Raconteurs and The Greenhornes)

Wanda Lavonne Jackson (born October 20, 1937) is an American singer, songwriter, pianist and guitarist who had success in the mid-1950s and 60s as one of the first popular female rockabilly singers and a pioneering rock and roll artist. She is known to many as the Queen (or First Lady) of Rockabilly. She has been with Elvis on tour and he gave her the advise to play country instead of rock n roll , really a bad advise if you listen to her songs ^^

An incredible and unique voice , she released a new album in 2011 produced by jack White  with covers from Amy Whinehouse and Bob Dylan and other Rock n Roll Classics.
