Thanks to Jeff I saw that 1. it is his birthday today (he is turning 71) and 2. I found out that we never featured him before unless he made an awesome record in 1986 “Graceland” with african influences – I’ve loved this album since my youth .

Lotus Plaza is the solo project of American musician Lockett Pundt (born 7 October 1982), guitarist and multi-instrumentalist of Atlanta-based indie rock group Deerhunter. Pundt joined Deerhunter in 2005 as a guitarist. He is also the best friend of Deerhunter vocalist Bradford Cox. His debut album as Lotus Plaza, The Floodlight Collective, was released March 23, 2009 on CD and vinyl.
