Listen to the song “The Spirit of Christmas” by 11-year-old UK boy called Fynnjan with Aspergers Syndrome. It’s raising money to help special educational needs provision in mainstream schools for children with autism and Aspergers – primarily through the National Autistic Society and Nordoff Robbins music therapy. Little Drummer Boy (“The Little Drummer”) is an American Christmas song. It tells the story of a poor boy who can not afford it to make a gift to the newborn Jesus and thus plays with the consent of the Virgin Mary for him on his drum. Miraculously, the newborn seems to understand and smiles at him gratefully.
