Music from the UK – Black Sabbath

Black Sabbath , founded 1969 is a Hard Rock Band from the UK .Their first singer Ozzy Osbourne , who left Black Sabbath in 1979 , started later a very successfull solo career . Now BS released a new studio album called “13″in June 2013, the first since the last one in 1995 and the first one together with Ozzy Osbourne as lead singer. In the meantime a lot of otherfamous rock singer has been the frontman of Black Sabbath as Ian Gillan or Ronny James Dio for example , but nothing vcompares to Ozzy ( believe me ) Here is their new song from their new album

The Rolling Stones are on of the most popular bands worldwide ever. Listen to their awesome good single “Pain It, Black”, from the year 1966, which was  a #1 hit in many countries. The video, accompanied by some images of the Vietnam war is also interesting.

Music from the UK – Passenger

Maybe, we’re a bit late – but the story is interesting! Passenger is the stage name of Mike Rosenberg, a british folk-rock singer-songwriter. He started his career in the age of 16, went broke fast, but he never stopped, and had to play on the roads to get some money to life. His song “Let her go”, a #1 hit in many countries made hime famous. Today in the newspaper, I saw an interview with him, and he really struggled hard to this archievement.
Think this should be an incentive for all young musicians!

Francis John “Frank” Tovey, known also by his stage name Fad Gadget (8 September 1956 – 3 April 2002), was a British avant-garde electronicmusician and vocalist. He was a proponent of both New Wave and early industrial music.
