Music from the UK – Barclay James Harvest

i was astonished , we never mentioned them , sorry i know the are rather mainstream but nethertheless , thanks to BJH , i had my first contacts with the ladies , thanks a lot  :-) i´m so thankful and i think a lot of other people too .

Barclay James Harvest (BJH) is an English progressive rock group that was known for their orchestral kind of style. It was founded in 1967  by John Lees, Woolly Wolstenholme, Les Holroyd and Mel Pritchard, who are all from the town of Oldham in Greater Manchester (North West England). Since 1998, there are two bands with this name, used to distinguish the name of the leader on the one hand as a prefix (John Lees’ Barclay James Harvest; JLBJH);  and also as a suffix (BJHFLH Barclay James Harvest featuring Les Holroyd).

Here is their song “Hymn”

and “Life is for living”
